Monica started her career in retail from the ground up as a sales assistant at ZARA and Aussie popular children’s clothing brand, Pumpkin Patch. She stayed in the industry for a couple of years and learned about the traits of being a retailer.
She also interned with one of the biggest publishing companies in Australia known as ACP, were she then was offered a role as sales coordinator for the two most leading female magazines there; Cleo and Shop Til You Drop.
On her return to Indonesia, she quickly shifted back to retail, starting her journey afresh by joining RFI in mid 2013.Her first project was Balikpapan Supermall where she actively dealt with specialty tenants. She then moved on to Lombok Epicentrum Mall and achieved more than 90% occupancy rate for its opening as part of RFI’s leasing team.
Monica graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney with a Bachelor of International Communication
