Ashadi D. Waclik, M.Comm , B.Bus

After graduating with distinction from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor in Banking and Finance and completed a Master of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Sydney with honors and has worked over 10 years in the property sector in Indonesia and abroad.

Before joining RFI in 2013 Ashadi worked on various projects in the Australasian region in the area of feasibility/ investment analysis and financing, predominantly for the mining and property sectors and with some projects in the tourism sector.

Ashadi is currently overlooking all financial aspects of RFI and its projects. He stands ready to provide RFI’s clients with the financial expert advice needed for all stages of the retail mall life cycle, from the initial project feasibility and investment analysis, to financial efficiencies and investment activities during maturity and also taking the property asset through revitalization processes.
