Bugner Ruben

Bugner Ruben graduated from the University of North Sumatera with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy in 2000. His career began in 2000 with Lipposhop.com as a Business Analyst, followed by Lippo Bank, where he managed Reward, Privilege & Travel-related Programs. He then joined Commeta Niaga Raya as Marketing & Business Development Manager, focusing on loyalty programs and business development.

In 2007, he joined Supermal Karawaci, progressing through CRM, PR & Marcomm and Customer Experience roles, where he focused on customer experience, mall operations, loyalty programs, SOP, and tenant support. In 2019, he became Head of Mall at Grand Kawanua Citiwalk Manado, followed by General Manager roles at Pollux Mall Chadstone Cikarang, CBD Ciledug Family Mall, and Pekanbaru Xchange Mall.

Since December 2024, he has served as General Manager of Sidewalk Jimbaran Mall – Bali, overseeing asset management, operations, commercial activities, leasing, marketing, tenant relations, business planning, and facilities management. His extensive experience covers mall management, asset operations, leasing, finance, business analysis, and building safety.
