M Satriawan Natsir

M. Satriawan Natsir graduated from the National Institute of Technology, majoring in Architecture, in 2001. He began his career in 2001 with Bandung Super Mall (now Trans Studio Mall) as a Tenant Fit Out Coordinator, where he was involved in the pre-opening team and ensured tenant fit-out activities complied with mall standards.

In 2002, he joined Bandung Trade Center as Operational Manager, followed by General Manager positions at Paris Van Java Mall, Miko Mall, Bandung Indah Plaza, and Istana Plaza. During these roles, he focused on mall operations, financial performance, revenue optimization, cost efficiency, customer and tenant relationships, and market development.

From 2016 to 2023, he served as General Manager of 23Paskal Shopping Center, where he developed initiatives such as the 23Paskal Community Hub and Mall to Go to adapt to changing customer behavior. He then served as Operational Director of Pesona Subang Mall before joining Retail First Indonesia in March 2025 as Mall Director of K Square Mall Batam, overseeing overall mall operations, business development, tenant mix, marketing strategy, profitability, facilities, and pre-opening management.
