  1. DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION OF THE DESIGN PLAN

    In conjunction with RFI, we will also repeatedly analyze the efficiency ratio of the retail property including an analysis of the ratio of high to low yielding usage in view of optimizing the overall financial returns for the shopping center or mall.

  6. TENANT MIX

    Conceptualize the ideal tenancy mix that would be best suited to the chosen retail concept which is derived from evaluating the customer base and market capacity.

  7. RETAIL THEMES

    Develop and advice on different retail themes using differentiating elements, such as the design, merchandising and marketing.

  8. FINALIZE RETAIL STRATEGY

    Drawing together all data, and recommend a retail strategy is created that is executable and realistic.
